This website was created during my Marketing Internship at Better Homes and Gardens Lifestyles Realty. Its purpose is to serve as a common portal for real estate agents to access important company resources, as well as book appointments and order materials from the marketing department.

Responsive Design

Since this site includes
responsive design, it looks great and functions well on any device you use
to access it from.

Membership Access

An
all encompassing resource center for the real estate agents within the
brokerage where they need to create a membership to view anything but
the homepage.

User Friendly

I created the site using WordPress, third party website
integrations as well as my knowledge of HTML and CSS. The site has
integrations with Google, order forms, automated email marketing, and web
calendars. By creating this site, I have sped up the department’s work fl ow
and turnover time, thus resulting in increased sales.

Hassle Free

Within the resource site is a page where members can order marketing materials from the
marketing department. This form sends a confi rmation to the person who sent it, and then sends
a task to a project management platform that is visible to all marketing department members.
Information is also stored as back up on a third party website so no orders go unread.
